Last night the Investment Company Institute (
ICI)
kicked off the 2018
Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference (MFIMC). This year for the first time the conference moved to the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas. The four-day event will feature remarks from
Dalia Blass, Director of the Division of Investment Management at the Securities and Exchange Commission (
SEC), and
Hester Pierce, Commissioner at the SEC. The sponsor list is a veritable who's who of mutual fund industry vendors, including:
