Appointment: Céline Dufétel

Dufetel will join T. Rowe Price in December as a VP. Deufetel will also become the firms' treasurer and CFO in the first quarter of 2018. Dufetel will replace Ken Moreland, who is retiring after 14 years of service for the firm. Moreland will continue to serve as CFO until the firm files its official 10-k for the 2017 fiscal year in February 2018. Prior to assuming this role, Dufetel served as partner and head of the North American asset management practice and McKinsey & Co..



Company: John Hancock Retirement Plan Services

Appointment: Nick McParland

On September 1, McParland will become the new national sales manager for John Hancocks Retirement Plan Services' Mid, Large and Taft-Hartley Markets. McParland is expected to create new business relationships across the country and boost national sales. He will report to Scott Francolini, senior vice president of strategic relationship management. Prior to assuming this position, McParland served as Hancocks' national director for the Taft-Hartley market.



Company: The Wagner Law Group

Appointment: Patrice Maloney-Knauff

On August 22, The Wagner Law Group appointed Knauff as counsel. Knauff has over 25 years of experience advising pension plans, insurance companies, and investment managers in corporate law. Prior to assuming this role, she served as Allstate Insurance Company's investment and business transaction corporate counsel.



Company: Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC

Appointment: Dina Tantra

On August 22, Ultimus appointed Tantra as their new executive VP and director of fund administration/compliance. Tantra is responsible for overseeing fund compliance as well as its Ultimus' corporate compliance team. Prior to this, Tantra was a MD at Foreside Financial.



Company: Wavelength Capital Management

Appointment:Eric Gould and Donald R. Benson

On August 22, Wavelength Capital appointed Gould as executive vice president and Benson as a member of its' advisory board. The two of them are expected to provide their professional insights on global economic, political, and strategic development in relation to Wavelength Capital. Gould previously served as the CIO of Entertainment Studios and Benson served as the head of regional investment banking and a MD of Credit Suisse.
