Spin-Off ETF tracks recently spun-off companies and has jumped 317 percent, from $67 million to $280 million in assets. Half of the ETF is in small-cap stocks and the other half mid and large cap stocks.

PowerShares Dynamic Media Portfolio, allocates to companies such as Time Warner Cable and CBS Corp. and rose from $86 million to $226 million.

X-Trackers MSCI Japan Hedged Equity Fund rose from $5 million to $157 million.
PowerShares DWA SmallCap Technical Leaders Portfolio, which tracks 200 small-cap stocks picked for performance strength, went from $13 million to $302 million, a whopping 2,223 percent jump.
