Ever the hard worker, the stork delivered a few new funds today.

Mercer Global Investments [profile] filed for its Global Low Volatility Equity Fund. The fund's objective is to provide long-term total return through investing in equity securities. The fund will be subadvised by Acadian Asset Management, MFG Asset Management, and First Eagle Investment Management. It will also have seven PMs, all from the various subadvisors. Brendan Bradley, Ryan Taliaferro, and Ryan Stever are from Acadian, while Matthew McLennan, Abbay Deshpande, and Kimball Brooker are from First Eagle, and Hamish Douglass is from MFG. [SEC Filing]

Crescent Funds, part of the Starboard Investment Trust, filed for its Mid Cap Macro Fund.The fund's investment goal is capital appreciation, achieved through investing in equity securities of "mid-cap" companies. The fund's investment advisor is Greenwood Capital Associates and its PMs are Walter Todd, III, and Michael Nix. [SEC Filing]

Guggenheim Investments [profile] filed for its International 2x Strategy Fund, which seeks daily leveraged investment results. The fund aims to provide investment results that correlate to the performance of 200 percent of the fair value of Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia and Far East Index on a daily basis. The fund will be managed by Michael Byrum, Michael Dellapa, and Ryan Harder. [SEC Filing]

Other funds are or will be experiencing some reorganization.

OppenheimerFunds [profile] will be merging two of its funds. Its High Income Fund is being absorbed by its Variable Account Fund and is pending shareholder approval. [SEC Filing]

Dreyfus [profile] added Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management as subadvisor to its Dreyfus Select Managers Small Cap Value Fund. Kayne Anderson is the seventh subadvisor to this fund. [SEC Filing]

Van Eck Associates [profile] added RiverPark Advisors as sub advisor to its Multi-Managers Alternative Fund [SEC Filing] and VIP Multi-Manager Alternatives Fund [SEC Filing].

As for RBC Funds [profile], John Huber no longer serves as senior managing director and chief investment officer of fixed income. As such, he will no longer PM some of their funds. [SEC Filing]
