Crescent Funds, part of the Starboard Investment Trust, filed for its Mid Cap Macro Fund.The fund's investment goal is capital appreciation, achieved through investing in equity securities of "mid-cap" companies. Guggenheim Investments [profile] filed for its International 2x Strategy Fund, which seeks daily leveraged investment results. The fund aims to provide investment results that correlate to the performance of 200 percent of the fair value of Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia and Far East Index on a daily basis.
