Bessemer Trust Company of New York City has chosen Bisys to provide fund administration for its new closed-end mutual fund. Bisys will provide services for the Sand Hill Investors Fund II.

That fund is open to high-net-worth individuals. Bisys has been providing administrative services for Bessemer's Old Westbury Funds since 1999.

When we decided to launch a closed-end mutual fund to complement our open-end offering, it was logical for us to rely on BISYS' proven technology, expertise, and services," stated Mary Martinez, director of relationship management services, information and technology at Bessemer.

ABN AMRO Asset Management of London has also tapped Bisys for its outsourcing solution. The new agreement will cover a new family of funds from the United Kingdom firm.
