Tuesday, January 22, 2002 Two Tap Bisys Bessemer Trust Company of New York City has chosen Bisys to provide fund administration for its new closed-end mutual fund. Bisys will provide services for the Sand Hill Investors Fund II. That fund is open to high-net-worth individuals. Bisys has been providing administrative services for Bessemer's Old Westbury Funds since 1999. "Bisys has demonstrated its ability to provide sophisticated outsourcing solutions for the Old Westbury Funds family. Bisys' understanding of our business objectives and ability to deliver seamless, superior support services have helped us grow the fund assets under management and focus on what distinguishes our firm in the marketplace. When we decided to launch a closed-end mutual fund to complement our open-end offering, it was logical for us to rely on BISYS' proven technology, expertise, and services," stated Mary Martinez, director of relationship management services, information and technology at Bessemer. ABN AMRO Asset Management of London has also tapped Bisys for its outsourcing solution. The new agreement will cover a new family of funds from the United Kingdom firm.
