SanJac Alpha is a fund firm that specializes in actively managed, fixed income ETFs.
SanJac launched in 2022. The boutique asset manager is an affiliate of nearby Saracen Energy Advisors LP, an energy trading and investment firm founded in 2004 by Neil Kelley. SanJac is backed by Kelley and by SanJac CIO Andy Wells, who previously served as Saracen's CIO.
On September 10, 2024, the SanJac team launched their first two ETFs: the SanJac Alpha Core Plus Bond ETF, and the SanJac Alpha Low Duration ETF.
