Changebridge wound down when Clough Capital Partners adopted Changebridge's two ETFs in August 2023 and hired Changebridge's remaining co-founder as the new Clough chief.
Changebridge Capital, LLC was co-founded in 2020 by Ross Klein (an analyst and PM who spent 10 years with Boston Partners) and Vince Lorusso (a PM who spent 16 years with Clough Capital and six with Natixis). They launched Changebridge's first two ETFs (the Changebridge Capital Long/Short Equity ETF and the Changebridge Capital Sustainable Equity ETF) in November 2020. Klein left Changebridge in 2022, and Lorusso became the sole PM on the Changebridge ETFs.
The Changebridge team combined a quantitative investing approach with fundamental research, with an towards ESG factors. They packaged their strategies inside actively managed, fully transparent ETFs, as well as separately managed accounts.
