Background:

401(k) plan advisor (KPA) Kevin Miller created the E-Valuator investment due diligence software in 2006. In 2012 Miller launched risk-based collective investment trusts (CITs) built on the same process powering the software. Though those CITs were designed for use inside of 401(k) plans, to accommodate rollovers and other retail accounts Miller transformed the CITs into mutual funds in 2016. Thus were the E-Valuator Risk Managed Strategy Funds born, advised by Miller's Systelligence firm.
Miller is also the president and owner of Fringe Benefits Design, a recordkeeping TPA.
