Kenneth G. Winans founded Winans International in 1992.
The Winans Long/Short Fund opened on January 22, 2008 as the Northern Lights Biltmore Momentum Dynamic ETF Fund. Winans became the advisor to the fund on August 7, 2009.
In November 2011, the fund's board of trustees approved the liquidation of the fund to take effect on or December 23.
