Background:

Sam Saladino, a former Ameriprise financial planner, launched his own RIA at the beginning of 2005. Irving, Texas-based Trinity Fiduciary Partners is a socially responsible investing firm with a special emphasis on aligning with Catholic values. Trinity's first mutual fund, the Epiphany FFV Fund launched in 2007.
Trinity's Epiphany mutual funds are built on its proprietary FFV Scorecard (faith and family values) research strategy, which includes four pillars: corporate governance, environment, life and family, and social justice. The RIA launched its fifth mutual fund, the Dana Large Cap Core Fund, in March 2012. Dana Investment Advisors sub-advises Trinity's FFV Strategic Income Fund as well as the Dana Large Cap Core Fund.
Trinity offers A, C and N shares of its mutual funds, and it also manages separate accounts. Saladino, Trinity president Nancy Benson, Trinity chairman Javier Creixell and six others co-own the firm.
