The MetWest Funds are advised by Metropolitan West Asset Management, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the TCW Group.
MetWest was founded in 1996 under MetWest Ventures by founder, chairman, and CEO Richard S. Hollander. MetWest had a balanced mix between their capability of large investment manager and their origins of a passionate boutique bond shop.
