In April 2013, news broke that Nationwide Funds closed a deal to acquire 17 equity and fixed-income funds from HighMark, while Natixis arm Reich & Tang acquired HighMark's money market funds business. The Nationwide deal was completed in September 2013.
Founded as the mutual fund arm of Union Bank of California.
Highmark first expanded its line-up through the use of a subadvisor in 2001 when it hired Nicholas-Applegate to subadvise its then-new Small Cap Growth Fund.
Fund Adoptions
Bailard Opportunities Funds were adopted in April 2006.
