JPMorgan is uniting its custody and investor services as well as its securities clearance and trust services under one roof. The new unit, called
JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services, will consist of the former
JPMorgan Investor Services and Institutional Trust Services units, and will custody $9.1 trillion in assets.
The new group will operate along four units:
Securities, including global custody, fund services and outsourcing, headed by Neil Henderson.
Clearance, including American Depository Receipts (ADRs), clearance & collateral management (CCM), securities collateral management (SCM), government and equity services, headed by Liz Nolan.
Securities Lending and Market Products, headed by Avi Stein
Trust, including global debt and asset servicing, headed by Diane Eshleman
Worldwide Securities Services is headed by
Michael Clark.
