The Calvert Group is lowering maximum investments in B-shares for 16 funds from $250,000 to $100,000. In late July, Calvert
updated 16 funds' prospectuses to provide investors with better guidance in buying different share classes of the funds.
Investors are advised to make any investments exceeding $100,000 in A or C shares, since sales load breakpoints apply. Investors putting more than $1,000,000 in C shares are also advised to purchase A shares thereafter.
A spokeswoman did not immediately turn a call seeking comment.
