Winning fund firms included:
  • BondBloxx, in the "ETFs" category, for the BondBloxx ETFs;
  • Calamos Investments, in the "alternative investments" category, for its liquid alternatives expansion;
  • Cohen & Steers, in the "real estate category," for its Real Assets Compass tool;

  • David Armstrong, director of editorial strategy and operations for Informa Connect's wealth management group, tells WealthManagement.com that more than 400 companies submitted a combined total of more than 1,000 entries for the 2024 Wealthies, "a record-breaking number of nominations." Armstrong led the panel of independent judges that determined the winners.

    Armstrong enunciates the awards program's mission: "to recognize and celebrate the oustanding initiatives undertaken by companies and individuals that contribute to the success of financial advisors in their businesses and foster improved outcomes for their clients."

    "This year's winners hail from various types of firms, yet they all share a common trait — they are the architects behind the programs, tools and platforms that empower financial advisors to grow their businesses, enhance client service, and elevate the financial prospects and quality of life for millions of investors," Armstrong tells WealthManagement.com.

    Several retirement plan providers also won Wealthies last week. Our sister publication 401kWire has more details
