Bob Reynolds, CEO of
Putnam Investments [
profile], says that being able to work from home may, in the words of the
Boston Herald, "continue to be a part of [employees'] lives." Reynolds reportedly shared that tidbit yesterday during a virtual panel discussion, through the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, with other local CEOs.
In the same discussion, Reynolds also noted that all Putnam employees have shifted to WFH.
Others on the call included: John Fish of Suffolk Construction, Jeffrey Leiden of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Niraj Shah of Wayfair, and Micho Spring of Weber Shandwick.
