Sean Healey and his team at

profile] just sealed another deal, and they're keeping top executives at the acquiree around.
On Friday Boston-based AMG
confirmed the completion of its purchase of London- and Hong Kong-based
Veritas Asset Management. AMG's statement reveals that "Veritas' senior professionals have agreed to long term commmittments with the firm," without revealing the specific terms of the deal.
Healey, chairman, president and CEO of AMG, first
unveiled the deal in April. At the time Veritas worked with about $17 billion and had 32 people, including four partners: chairman and PM
Charles Richardson, head of global and PM
Andy Headley, head of Asia and PM
Ezra Sun, and chief operating officer
Richard Grant.
