A Guggenheim executive has moved a big rung up the sales ladder.

Mike Bielski, previously a regional sales associate, has been promoted to regional vice president in charge of distribution for Guggenheim's Rydex Funds in the eastern half of the United States.

Bielski will handle all channels, including RIAs, wirehouse and independent broker/dealers.

Before joining Guggenheim, he had a career in trading, serving as a senior equity trader at both Rock Island Securities and E*TRADE Financial and as a specialist trader at Old Oak Securities.
