Andrew Fotopulos is now president of the financial services insurer Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Corp.

Previously, he was a senior vice president and managing director of the firm's Financial Services Risk Solutions group, devoted to investment advisors, securities brokers and dealers, mutual fund groups, private investment funds, hedge funds, and trust companies.

Before joining Starkweather five years ago, Fotopulos had worked for 22-years at Theodore Liftman Insurance, ultimately serving as executive vice pesident.
