The International Bond Fund has been approved by the board of trustees of the MassMutual Premier Funds for a plan of liquidation. It will be dissolved on or about November 8, 2013. Mary Wilson Kibbe, the PM for Money Market Fund, Short-Duration Bond Fund, Core Bond Fund, Diversified Bond Fund, and Balanced Fund, will be retiring from Babson Capital Management LLC. Julie Van Cleave of OppenheimerFunds Inc is no longer PM for the Capital Appreciation Fund. [SEC Filing ].
