It will be dissolved on or about November 8, 2013. Mary Wilson Kibbe, the PM for Money Market Fund, Short-Duration Bond Fund, Core Bond Fund, Diversified Bond Fund, and Balanced Fund, will be retiring from Babson Capital Management LLC.
