Days after Hartford officially parted with it's retirement business, the firm has brought in a new executive on the mutual fund side of the company.
Gregory Frost, 42, will be
Hartford Mutual Funds' [
profile] new CFO,
reports Daily Finance.
Before joining Hartford, Frost served as the CFO of
Janus Capital.
Jim Davey, executive president at the Hartford, said that Frost is a "great addition to the senior leadership team and will provide financial perspective and analysis for key initiatives aimed at improving our business performance."
The firm also added several new external advisor consultants:
James Gilbarty,
Joffrey Pearlman,
Chris Malkin and
Peter Bentley.
