Ameriprise Financial Services is looking for an investment platform salesperson for the private management channel in the Greater Boston Area, driving sales of Columbia Funds products.

According to the Linkedin posting for the job, the executive will "increase Columbia Management sales through private banks by gaining and maintaining placement on research department discretionary and nondiscretionary platforms."

Responsibilities will include initiating relationships with each analyst within research departments at respective firms; developing knowledge of each firm, their platforms and research process; introducing Columbia Management to these firms, and identifying platform opportunities, among others.
