Baron Capital Management CEO and CIO Ron Baron had a recent visitor in his home in the Hamptons. The billionaire fund manager gave an interview to BBC's Lesley Curwen.

"There are always better opportunities when times are tough," Baron told Curwen.

Baron launched his company in 1982. At the time, interest rates were 18 percent and the stock market had been declining for years.
