Charles Johnson, chairman of Franklin Templeton Investments [see profile], is worth of $5.1 billion good for a ranking of 200 -- Charles Johnson's half brother, Rupert Johnson, vice chairman of Franklin Templeton, came in at 217 with a net worth of $4.9 billion;

Brokerage titan Chuck Schwab ranks 223rd with $4.7 billion;
