Richard D. Olson, president of Minot, North Dakota-based Integrity Mutual Funds was killed in an automobile accident, the fund firm announced today. Integrity added that Robert E. Walstad, chairman, chief executive officer and former president has assumed Olson's duties on an interim basis.

The firm did not provide further details of the circumstances of the accident.

Olson was 52 years old and had been employed at Integrity since 1988. He had been president of the firm since 2001.
