Dodge & Cox has opened a subsidiary in London. Mary Ann Milias St. Peter will run Dodge & Cox Worldwide
Investments Ltd. and will serve as the primary contact between institutional UCITS shareholders
and Dodge & Cox.
The San Francisco-headquartered firm has launched a UCITS-regulated, Ireland-domiciled umberella fund made up of four funds: U.S. Stock Fund, Global Stock Fund,
International Stock Fund and U.S. Income Fund. Dodge & Cox Worldwide Funds plc became available to qualified non-U.S. investors in December 2009, company officials said.
“Over the years, non-U.S. investors, including foreign affiliates of our current investors, have
expressed interest in gaining access to our investment management services overseas," said Dodge & Cox chairman
John Gunn in a news release on Monday.

Kenneth Olivier added that portfolio management will continue to be based out of the San Francisco office.
