A Mellon Win

The Rohm and Haas pension fund has named Mellon Financial Corporation as the master trustee. The fund equals approximately $1.7 billion in assets. Russell/Mellon Analystical Services already provides performance measurement and analytical services for the pension fund.



New SunAmerica Spokesperson

SunAmerica has named John Pluhowski as its new vice president of corporate communications. He will be responsible for everything from employee communications to media relations. Dealing with the press earns him an extra case of Alka-seltzer a year.



DST and AnnuityNet Alliance

The two firms have allied to offer variable annuity order entry, inquiry, and transactional capabilities. DST will uphold its part of its agreement through its Vision, a portal targeted at financial advisors. DST intends for the Vision community to have greater efficiences and productivity enhancements through this arrangement.
