Shay Asset Management, which operates the Asset Management Funds, has hired Beacon Hill Fund Services to provide chief compliance officer, treasurer/principal financial officer services, and governance and regulatory oversight services.

Two weeks ago, The MFWire reported that Shay tapped fellow Chicagoan Northern Trust to provide fund administration, transfer agency and custody services.

Shay previously used Citi.

Asset Management Funds, a family of seven open-end mutual funds, has about $1.2 billion of assets.
