Bill Gross may soon be moving, but not from Pimco. The Wall Street Journal's Sara Lin reports that, according to three unnamed sources, Gross just bought a house on Harbor Island in Newport Beach, California for $23 million, via a trust trusteed by Jeff Stubban. Those sources claim that Gross plans to replace his new 11,000 square foot home by building a new one in its stead on the same site.

According to Lin, Gross currently lives in Laguna Beach.
