AGF Funds is assuming the role of investment advisor on the European Asset Allocation Fund and the role of investment manager on the Harmony Americas Small Cap Equity Pool. Munder Capital Management will continue its role as co-manager on the Harmony Americas fund. AGF also wants to merge the European Asset Allocation Fund into its World Balanced Fund.
