Marketwatch columnist Chuck Jaffe has named the recipients of his 13th annual Lump of Coal Awards, which recognize fundsters for action or performance that is "misguided, bumbling, offensive, disingenuous, reprehensible or just plain stupid."

This year's list includes Reserve chairman Bruce Bent, the ICI, DWS Investments, all 2010 target-date funds, OppenheimerFunds' target-dates, Fritz Reynolds of Reynolds Blue Chip Growth Fund, Dreyfus Emerging Markets, Regions Morgan Keegan and Ron Fielding of the Oppenheimer Rochester Municipal funds.
