"For those who are brave and do the work, there are some fabulous opportunities because despite all the prophesies of gloom and doom, the sun will come up tomorrow." Those are the optimistic words offered by Wintergreen Fund manager David Winters in the WSJ on the morning when the stock futures are locked limit down.

Winters is one of six mutual fund portfolio managers who see opportunities in the stock market at the current levels. The others include: Tom Marsico, Wally Weitz, Jean-Marie Eveillard, Bill Fries and Robert Rodriguez of FPA Capital.
