Thornburg Investment Management has recently hired two news regional sales manager to its team,
Ken Ziesenheim, president of the firm, told the MutualFundWire.com. Those new hires are
David Murray and
Jay Pearson.
Murray will serve as the regional sales manager for the East Central Region which includes Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Pearson will work in the West Central Region which encompasses Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
Prior to these two additions, Thornburg also hired
Emily Constantini, who serves the New England region (which includes Upper New York State but does not include Connecticut).
"They report to
Dale Van Scoyk, who is our national sales manager," Ziesenheim reported. "At this point, we have a full staff."
The regional sales managers sell both Thornburg mutual funds and wrap account products.
The firm has also created a National Charitable Gift Trust, which it is rolling out over the course of the calendar year. Thornburg offers 11 mutual funds and claims $4.9 billion in assets under management.
