According to
Crains New York, two Wall Street firms -- Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs -- are moving some of their Manhattan operations to nearby suburbs. Morgan Stanley is relocating to Jersey City, while Sachs is settling in in Westchester. The decisions were made so that staff would not be so centralized following the terrorists attacks on September 11.
