columnist Chuck Jaffe sees the shuttering of dozens -- "if not hundreds" -- of relatively nascent ETFs, as well as more fund casualties of the subprime crisis and a host of subprime-related lawsuits. Other items on his list include a new system for benchmarking target-date funds and prospectus reform "that still doesn't help consumers."
