WSJ: Closed End Funds May Bring Opportunity

Today's WSJ FundTrack says there's a bargain out there for investors in the world of closed-end funds. Due to recent market volatility, many investors have pulled their money from closed-end funds, making some undervalued. Some closed-end funds also may be good candidates for mergers into open-ended funds.
