In response to an MFWire.com article (MFS Bidders Emerge) published Monday, T. Rowe Price denies that it is in talks to purchase the Sun Life fund company.

"T. Rowe Price is not having any conversations with MFS," T. Rowe Price spokesperson Brian Lewbart told MFWire.com.

Spokespeople for MFS and Ameriprise, the other possible bidder named in the article, again declined to comment.
