New Funds: The Cognios Large Cap Value Fund, the Cognios Large Cap Growth Fund

Cognios is launching these funds, which will join their flagship fund, the Cognios Market Neutral Large Cap Fund. The Cognios Large Cap Value Fund and the Cognios Large Cap Growth Fund seek "long-term growth of capital by purchasing equity securities of U.S. companies."

Converted Fund: The Rational Dynamic Momentum Fund

Rational has converted this fund, the company's first hedge fund, into a mutual fund. This new fund offers investors a "managed futures strategy."

New Funds: The VelocityShares 3x Long Crude Oil ETN and the VelocityShares 3x Inverse Crude Oil ETN

VelocityShares, a Janus Capital Group brand, is launching these funds to "provide investors with alternative securities to the VelocityShares ETNs UWTI and DWTI, which are being delisted from trading on a public stock exchange."
