T. Rowe Price has added two analysts to its emerging market bond team. Michael Oh joins from the Department of Treasury and Julie Salsbery joins from another group within T. Rowe Price.

T. Rowe manages approximately $700 million in emerging markets debt. Oh and Salsbery, as part of T. Rowe's emerging markets team, are within the firm's $3.4 billion international bond unit. Ian Kelson manages the international bond group.

"We see emerging markets as a long term opportunity for any fixed income investor, so we are beefing up our commitment to this area," stated Mike Conelius, manager of the T. Rowe Price Emerging Markets Bond portfolios.
