Evergreen Investments will close two funds with approximately $15 million in assets each to all investors on November 26. The funds' board of trustees will consider whether to close and liquidate the Mid Cap Value Fund and the Technology Fund during meetings held on December 8 and 9.

The company announced the news on Tuesday.
