Proprietary and non-proprietary fund assets for
Charles Schwab remained relatively unchanged in the third quarter, the company reported in a
release.
Schwab's proprietary fund assets, which include the Excelsior and SchwabFund branded products, were $152.4 billion at the end of the third quarter, down slightly from $152.5 billion at the end of the second quarter. Compared to the same period last year, Schwab's in-house fund assets were down two percent, from $155.1 billion.
Fund assets on Schwab's Mutual Fund Marketplace totaled $114.5 billion, down one percent from $115.2 billion at the end of the second quarter. Non-proprietary fund assets were $90.1 billion at the same period last year.
