The U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs will meet in open session Thursday to conduct the tenth hearing in its "Review of Current Investigations and Regulatory Actions Regarding the Mutual Fund Industry". The hearing will focus on the SEC's views, and SEC chairman William H. Donaldson will testify before the Committee.
