On Monday,
Paul Reilly, chairman and CEO of
Raymond James, and
Bob Kendall, president of
Carillon Tower Advisers,
confirmed that the St. Petersburg, Florida-based, publicly traded B-D has
renamed Carillon Tower as
Raymond James Investment Management [
profile], as
planned. (The rebranding includes a revamped
RJIM website.)
Yet the asset manager's mutual fund business will continue to be called the
Carillon Family of Funds, and its boutiques are keeping their names, too. RJIM's boutiques include:
Chartwell Investment Partners,
ClariVest Asset Management,
Cougar Global Investments,
Eagle Asset Management,
Reams Asset Management, and
Scout Investments.
"The strong support we received from our associates, boutique investment managers, and clients when we announced our new brand name was gratifying," Kendall states. "We've already seen the benefits of becoming more closely aligned with the Raymond James family, and we look forward to our shared part of success ahead."
