The newest channel chief at Victory Capital [profile] has picked a service leader.

Shan Dagli Victory Capital Holdings Head of Service, Director Investors Business

Nikhil Sudan, president of the direct investor business at Victory Capital Holdings, confirms that Denver-based Shan Dagli recently joined the San Antonio-based, publicly traded, multiboutique asset manager as head of service in the director investors channel. The move comes after Sudan took over that channel in January.

Dagli most recently served as head of intermediary solutions at Envision Financial Systems, Inc., a firm that helps asset managers and other financial services provider get a handle on investor data via mutual fund shareholder accounting software. John Gray, senior vice president of marketing at Envision, confirmed that Dagli left the firm.

"Shan did great work for us, and we're sorry to see him leave," Gray tells MFWire. "We will be looking to fill his role."

Sudan lauds Dagli's "deep expertise in client services, operations, and business development in the asset management industry."

Dagli joined Envision in 2013 and rose to head of intermediary solutions in 2017. Prior to that, he worked with Criterion Holdings, OpFunds, and Janus Capital Group. He is an alumnus of the University of Saint Mary.
