A 30-year Investment Company Institute (
ICI) veteran is waving goodbye.
Frances Stadler retired from ICI at the end of October,
MFWire has learned. She served as associate general counsel and corporate secretary at the Washington, D.C.-based mutual fund industry trade group.
An ICI spokesperson was not immediately able to comment.
Stadler, an alumna of the University of Virginia School of Law and of Yale University, joined ICI in 1990 after working with Kirkpatrick and Lockhart. Her departure now comes as ICI's longtime president and CEO is
passing the reins and
preparing to retire, too.
