A spokesperson for the company declined to comment.
"I'd like to thank the partners at William Blair for giving me the opportunity to provide for my family all of these years," Hill
stated last month. "For me, making a living is literally about shoes on the feet, food on the table, and memorable family vacations. And for this I am grateful and have always tried my best."
With William Blair, Hill led a sales group of regional directors, hybrid wholesalers, and senior/junior regional associates within intermediary distribution. He trained the group to execute their consultative sales approach and managed relationships with top clients. He also generated sales from top prospects.
Hill expects his next venture to be announced via press release after his official start date at a new job this month. "I have the anticipation that only comes with joining a fantastic group of good-hearted and highly intelligent people to build something amazing together," Hill wrote last month. "Yes, I'm excited!"
Prior to his time at William Blair, Hill was a regional vice president for Wasatch Advisors. He received his MBA from The Wharton School and his BA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
