Dave Brown and his team have found their new San Antonio home.

Earlier this week, the Victory Capital [profile] folks confirmed via LinkedIn that the publicly traded multiboutique's new headquarters will be located at WestRidge at 15935 La Cantera Parkway. Last week Victory closed on its acquisition of USAA's asset management arm, and back in January Brown confirmed that, along with making the deal, Victory's headquarters would be shifting from Brooklyn, Ohio (a Cleveland suburb) to USAA's hometown of San Antonio.

In 2017, another arm of USAA sold the WestRidge campus (including 15955 and 15935 La Cantera Parkway), yet the San Antonio Express-News now reports that the space is still USAA's and that Victory will be subleasing from its new ally.

Per prior reports, Victory has agreed to add 51 new jobs to its new San Antonio office, move down six key executives (including Brown), and keep 300 existing USAA asset management jobs on board.
